icare updates claims services panel
icare continuously reviews the efficiency and effectiveness of our schemes to help ensure we are supporting injured people back to work as soon as possible.
icare has proactively made the decision to reduce the number of claims services providers on its panel following consideration of the needs of the schemes over the long-term including delivering on icare's legislative objectives of improved operational efficiency and delivering quality outcomes for employers and injured workers.
As a result of this decision, DXC will no longer form part of icare's panel of claims service providers for both the Nominal Insurer (NI) and Treasury Managed Fund (TMF), and we are working constructively with them to manage their disengagement and the transition of any open claims.
