Discovering Our Story in Our Artwork

Reconciliation Action Plan Focus Area: Respect

Image shows icare's First Nations artwork

icare’s First Nations artwork tells the story of who we are and the values we share. It reflects the places we serve and the people we support in each element:

  • Central circle represents icare – a hub of empathy, fairness and care
  • Five large circles on the path show our five values in action
  • Smaller dots are the businesses, people and communities of NSW
  • U-shapes represent us, coming together to collaborate and consult
  • Ochre line is a person’s journey through injury and healing.
