She has a proven track record in leading businesses through challenging cycles with experience across the full value chain delivering significant profit and loss improvements. Geniere holds an MBA, Bachelor of Laws, and is a Graduate of the AICD, with previous experience including Chief Executive Officer EML Solutions, Group Executive Personal Injury at EML Group, Chief Operating Officer at Shine Lawyers, General Manager, Insurance at Workcover NSW, along with other senior leadership and Board-level roles across the public and private sectors.
