About Lily

"As an occupational therapist with a background in psychology, I support individuals in the community who are living with a wide range of injuries and disabilities. In my role as a case manager, I work closely with the treating team to coordinate treatment, rehabilitation, and ongoing care. I facilitate services that align with participants’ needs, help them achieve their goals, and provide guidance through life transitions.

My expertise in occupational therapy allows me to focus on meaningful goal setting, empowering my clients to achieve greater independence. With a deep understanding of how factors like anxiety and depression affect daily life, my psychology background enables me to approach challenges with insight and compassion.

I take a person-centred approach to my practice, fostering a trusting and respectful working relationship by exercising empathy and understanding of what truly matters to my clients. Additionally, I provide case management services in Mandarin and Shanghainese to better support these communities, ensuring culturally appropriate care and communication."

About Occupational Therapy Network

Since 1999, Occupational Therapy Network has been recognized for excellence in case management and rehabilitation. Our experienced and registered occupational therapists coordinate treatment, rehabilitation, and care for individuals with severe injuries and disabilities, including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, burns, and vision impairment. We understand that injury and disability affect each person differently. We respect every person’s uniqueness, choices, strengths, and needs. Our team collaborates with other services to arrange effective intervention and care to promote well-being and an improved quality of life. Working within icare guidelines, Occupational Therapy Network case managers develop tailored plans and funding requests in partnership with each participant and their support network. At Occupational Therapy Network, we believe that no one should be defined by their injury or disability.
