When you choose Wellways, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care tailored to your needs.You’ll be introduced to a Team Leader who will manage specialist recruitment and the day-to-day operations of your program. To ensure your care needs are met, a Clinical Care Consultant (Registered Nurse) will provide tailored training for your Support Workers and offer ongoing clinical oversight.

Additionally, our icare Program Specialist oversees all Wellways icare programs, working closely with your Team Leader and Clinical Care Consultant through regular meetings to ensure consistency, quality, and the best possible outcomes.

We also provide 24/7 on-call clinical support, giving you and your support team access to expert guidance whenever it’s needed.
