About us

An established Disability Service leader since 1991, we are a values-based, not-for profit organisation realising change for peoples living with disability across most of Australia.

With 1000+ staff across the country and being an Approved Panel Provider for icare (NSW), Transport and Accident Commission VIC (VIC), National Injury Insurance Scheme QLD (NIISQ), and a nationally registered NDIS provider delivering attendant care, clinical care, high intensity support, domestic assistance, travel and transport assistance and more.

We also provide Disability Support for Older Australians (DSOA), Work Safe Victoria, Work Cover Queensland, Department of Families, Fairness and Housing Disability Support Victoria, Brokered Services in Aged Care and Rehabilitation and specialist services in partnership with various government agencies sees us one of the widest-offering disability support providers across the country.

Our Service delivery is entirely customised for every participant, with the ability to recruit and onboard participants in any area throughout Australia, we deliver supports in some of the nation’s most regional and remote areas in addition to every major metropolitan region.

Delivering supports ranging from 2 hours weekly to muti-disciplinary 24/7, Lifetime and palliative care, our domestic assistants, support and nursing staff provide high quality, tailored supports designed to meet your needs and life. Our team are subject to strict candidate screening, accreditation checks and suitability and criminal screening checks before and during employment to ensure quality, safe support. 

With our organisation led by recognised Disability and Care experts, and our coordination staff based in across NSW, QLD, VIC, TAS, and SA our team are always ready to find a support solution that is purpose built, and value adding for you.
