About Greystanes

Greystanes Disability Services is a small not for profit NDIS and ICARE Provider based in the Blue Mountains and Penrith. We are a human rights based organisation with person centred active support underpinning everything we do.

We support people with disability 24/7 in Home and Living (Supported Independent Living) throughout the Blue Mountains and Penrith. We specialize in supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and complex health.

Greystanes Disability Services offer individualised Day Programs for people with all types of disabilities. We offer centre based activities at 2 Grose Street Leura NSW 2780 or in the community.
