About CSS - Care and Support Services
CSS is a private organization with our head office located in Nelson in North Western Sydney. CSS has been providing Attendant Care Services to people with a disability, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic/ Acquired Brain Injury since 2006.
Our Attendant Care Workers work within CSS code of conduct with Honesty, Truthfulness, Integrity and Respect. CSS prides itself on providing a quality service ensuring all our services are delivered in a professional, responsible and accountability.
Our services works within transparency, confidentiality and respect to ensure services are provided and tailored to individual goals and aspirations of the participant.
Our Team at CSS have many years of collective experience working within the Attendant Care and Nursing field both private and Government sectors. We are a member of the Australian Community Industry Alliance (ACIA) and have achieved NDIS Practice Standards and ACIA endorsed Australian Community Industry Standard (ACIS) certification. We provide services to a number of Government organisations. We have extensive experience providing care to people of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
Our Services range from everyday activities, community access or domestic tasks through to 24/7 support for individuals who may require more extensive support, including spinal cord injury and acquired brain injury.
We also provide an ongoing 24 hour on call so you can be assure that your needs are always actioned when out of ordinary working hours. Our on call operates 365 days per year. With a direct line to one of our CSS Managers/ Coordinator.
Languages other than English that our current staff are able to deliver attendant care services in: Tagalog, Zulu, Hindi, Polynesian
