We provide essential community services, supports and nursing care in the home.
We are locally owned and managed since 1986 with our head office based on the Central Coast. All management and staff also reside on the Central Coast, maintaining an understanding of local conditions and opportunities.
Our purpose is to support people to live an empowered and meaningful life by actively involving them in their goal setting, addressing barriers to independence and building on strengths and preferences.
We are dedicated to creating a more inclusive, supportive and thriving Central Coast Community through our specialized approach to care and community engagement. This purpose goes beyond individual care to building a stronger more resilient community that values and supports its diverse members at every stage of their life. We have a robust quality compliance and are accredited under Australian Industry Community Standard, NDIS Practice Standards, Aged care Quality Standards and we are the only community care provider in Australia with accreditation for Information Security Management.
